NOYSC is run by a board of directors that meets once a month, year-round, to ensure that the kids in northwest Santa Rosa get the opportunity to play organized soccer.  The board consists almost entirely of parent volunteers (and conscripts) who conduct the affairs of the club.  This includes organizing player and coach registration, selecting and organizing teams, organizing and training coaches and referees, providing uniforms and equipment, organizing tournaments, maintaining fields, and conducting the club finances.
