Board of Directors Meeting
January 27,2003
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Present
Officers: Bob Anderson, Angie Walling, Skip Gray
Members: Brigitte Rocca, Tony Pellegrini, Richard Vives, Mike Hernandez, Mia Barlett, Jim Barlett, Nicki McKeever, Paul Lomeli, and Mike Otten
Absent: Kim August & Nina Lippincott
Guest: Greg Dunlap, Kathy Herron, Rich Gunderson, Michael Ahern, & Richard Horgan
Previous Minutes: Skip motion to approve previous minutes, Mike O. 2nd, motion passed.
BOARD REPORTS-
There are no board reports.
New Business-
1- New Board members- Richard Vives motion to accept Jackie Olson, Michael Ahern, Rich Gunderson, Richard Horgan, & Kathy Herron as new board members, Tony 2nd, motion passed.
2- New Meeting time- Board meetings will now start at 6:30 pm and be held at the Coddingtown Round Table.
3- Budget Meeting- The budget meeting will be on Monday, Feb. 10. Pres., VP, Secretary, Registrar, Equipment Coord need to be there, along with anyone who would like to. Location and time to be determined.
4- Board job assignments- Job assignments were decided and approved by all board members.
5- Authorized signers for Bank acct.- Mike Hernandez motion to have Bob Anderson, Skip Gray, Angie Walling, Brigitte Rocca, and Cheri Hardaway as signers on the club bank accounts. Rich Gunderson 2nd, motion passed.
