NWO Board of Directors Meeting Minutes 1/22/07
Meeting called to order at 6:40 PM.
Present: Raedene Simson, Tina Anaya, Nicki McKeever, Mark Hays, Jeremy Loughry, Merrilee Neely, Jackie Olson, Kristie Bare, Laura Settlemyer
Absent: Rich Gunderson, Paul Lomeli, Monique Walker, Trish Hall, Mike Hernandez
Previous Minutes: Tina motioned to approve previous minutes, Jeremy 2nd, motion passed.
Board Reports:
Treasurer:
Tina stated club went over budget for the 2006 season. Budget meeting for up-coming season will be held on 2/8 at 6:30 PM.
Coaching Coordinator:
Jeremy discussed camp options for Challenger Soccer Camps ~ location- Comstock. Board went into long discussion over cost of Challenger and what is feasible for the club. Board decided to discuss available funds for team trainers at next meeting.
Coaching courses – Proposed dates to be emailed.
Fundraising:
Laura looking for replacement. Ordering raffle tickets.
New Business:
Only the following board members are now approved to sign any checks written from the Northwest Oaks bank account: Tina Anaya (Treasurer) Rich Gunderson (President) Raedene Simson (Registrar) Paul Booker (SRYSL President)
Make necessary changes to the Web site.
