Meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM.

Previous Minutes:
Skip motion to approve previous minutes, Dennis 2nd, motion passed.
BOARD REPORTS-
President
– Shopflin field will be on line next week.
Age group coordinators and referees need to remind teams to pick up trash on the sidelines of the fields.
Vice-President –
Mark west complained about us having games scheduled on their back to school night. And
requested that we not do it next year as per our agreement we signed with them.
Secretary/Treasurer -

Registrar/Scholarships –

SRYSL Reps –

Equipment Coordinator –
Ordered 1 new set of U6 goals. Richard
mentioned that the U10 nets need to be replaced. Mike said there is a set of nets in storage. He will see if they
are usable.
Field Coordinator –
All fields getting marked this week. Skip
has gotten over 90 gallons of paint donated by Sherwin Williams and Dunn Edwards.
Ways and Means – Raffle drawing under new business.
Merchandise -
Need to be sure to order more youth sizes next year.
Referee Coordinator –
We are hurting on older game coverage. Richard
has asked the other clubs for help in covering the games, but only one has responded to the request.
Having the most trouble getting the U14 and up games covered.

Coaching Coordinator – No report
Advanced house –
All is going well.
U-14, 16,19 Coordinator –

U-12 Coordinator – Absent
U-10 Boy’s Coordinator – Teams are complaining about not enough players on the teams.
U-10 Girl’s Coordinator –

All is going okay.
Newsletter –

City Cup –
There is 20 teams for the U10 girls. Will have all games at Mark West.
Rose City/Hot August –

– Went great and seemed not to have any problems.
Website –
An average of 12 hits a day this month.

Good of the Game – Earthquakes are going to the finals.
