August 26, 2002

            Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM.

Previous Minutes:            Mike O. motion to approve previous minutes, Skip 2nd, motion passed.

 

BOARD REPORTS-

 

President – Absent

Vice-President – No report

Secretary/Treasurer -            Thank you to Brigitte for doing the minutes at the July meeting for me.

Registrar/Scholarships – Everything will be done when the due dates approach.  Players on the U16 & U19 will not be able to play without player passes. Any outstanding issues or concerns relative to registration need to be submitted via email to Mike A. no later than Wed. 8/28 in conjunction with his next reporting deadline to the league registrar.

SRYSL Reps – No report

Equipment Coordinator – Went well and all is out to the coaches.  If any exchanges need to be made, contact Mike O.  

Field Coordinator – We need to consider purchasing new liners for the fields next year.

Ways and Means – No report

Merchandise -            Trying to get new pin design and get them ordered.

Referee Coordinator – Will be sending out the game schedule for the next two weeks and get them filled.  The next ref meeting is on 9/6/02.

Protest & Appeals – No report

Field Scheduler – No report

Coaching Coordinator – No report

Advanced house – No report

U-14, 16,19 Coordinator – No report

U-12 Coordinator – No report
U-10 Boy’s Coordinator – No report

City Cup – Applications are available online at the website and may be turned in anytime now.  Approval is based on first come first served.

Rose City/Hot August – No report

Pictures – Scheduled for Sunday, September 15 or 22 at Piner High.  Hopefully will know tomorrow the exact date and will let everyone know.
