Meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM.

Previous Minutes: Skip motion to approve previous minutes, Dennis 2nd, motion passed.
BOARD REPORTS-

Secretary/Treasurer - Please let people know that when they make a request for a refund, they need to allow at least 2 weeks for it to be processed.
Registrar/Scholarships _ Waiting list will be started now, and people will be placed depending on availability per age group. U8's and up need to have all coaches' information to Mike Adams by June 13. We have 30 scholarships.
SRYSL Reps _ Cindy Thorn is proposing to change the U19 coed from females take all penalty kicks to anyone takes penalty kicks, and that there needs to be a 5 touch rule. Dennis motion to vote no, Skip 2nd, motion passed.
Equipment Coordinator _ No report

Ways and Means _ Raffle tickets are done and will go out at coaches meeting.

Advanced house _ All done except for the U19G tryouts will be held on May 29 & May 30. All play-ups need to try to be placed on the correct age group first. They need to try out for both age groups and then it will be decided by the coached and the advanced house coordinator which team they will play opn
U-14, 16,19 Coordinator _ Bob Anderson will hold an informal information meeting at his house on Sunday, June 2, for anyone that wants help with making teams.

NEW BUSINESS:
1 _ Discussion was held on whether or not an age group coordinator should also coach in the same age group that they are coordinating. Was decided to table for now and then put it into the by-laws at a later time.
