Referee's are an important part of the game. The referee is there to keep the game fair for the players, and to enforce the Laws of the Game. How many times have you stood on the sidelines, or were playing in a game and found yourself saying that you could do a better job than the person out there? Well here's your chance.

The official report to use for CYSAN (youth)
games. Must be completed within 24 hours of issuance of the send
off. This can be filled out on a computer and printed. The only drawback
is that the data you enter cannot be saved to your computer. Adobe Acrobat
reader required for use.
