This coming year we will have 3 in-person registration days. We will not offer online registration, so make sure to make one of the 3 registration days.

A copy of one of the following affidavits are acceptable: Birth Certificate, Birth Registration issued by an appropriate Government Agency, Board of Health Records, Passport, Alien Registration Card issued by the United States Government, a certificate issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service attesting to age, or a certificationg of an American citizen born abroad issued by the appropriate Government Agency, a current Drivers License, or a current Identification Card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. The following affidavits will NOT be accepted as proof of age: Hospital, baptism or religious certificates, Certification of Birth for school registration/employment only.

In order to register your child for soccer, you will need to provide the following documents

1. Copy of Birth Certificate.

2. color picture 1" x 1" (clear, no hats or glasses)
